Before going further please check:

  • that you have the latest version of the Divio app
  • If you are using VirtualBox and DockerToolbox: that VirtualBox is up-to-date. Be aware that VirtualBox's own update checker sometimes reports that you are using the latest version even when you are not.
  • If you are using Windows: that your user is an administrator.
  • If you are using a PC: that virtualisation (specifically, Intel's VT-X or AMD's AMD-v) is enabled in the computer's BIOS. This is required to run VirtualBox properly. See how to enable VT-X/AMD-v in your PC's BIOS
