The tracking protection built into Firefox, or available in various browsers via extensions, can prevent our support tools from working.

This could happen when you are trying to access the Help button at the lower right corner of the control panel of your project.

If you do not see the Help button, check the tracking settings for our sites.


In Firefox, you can disable Tracking Protection from the icon next to the address bar. 

Other browsers and extensions

Similar controls will be present in other browsers where this kind of protection is enabled.
