The tracking protection built into Firefox, or available in various browsers via extensions, can prevent our support tools from working.
These tools include:
- the Priority Support button available on Business plan projects
- the Contact Support link on our Get Help page
If you try to use these and nothing appears to happen, check the tracking settings for our sites.
In Firefox, you can disable Tracking Protection from the icon next to the address bar.

Similar controls will be present in other browsers where this kind of protection is enabled.
